「在“一帶一路”推廣香港優秀軟件及資訊科技產業」已取得香港特別行政區政府「工商機構
支援基金」撥款資助，於泰國曼谷國際資訊及通信技術展覽會設立“香港展區”，期間將展示
20項產品/服務：
‘The promotion of Hong Kong outstanding software, information and communication
technology (ICT) industries in “One Belt One Road” ’ is under the sponsorship of HKSARG
Trade and Industrial Organisation Support Fund, 20 products/services will be showcased
in the Hong Kong Pavilion in CeBIT ASEAN Thailand 2019.

• 每間參加展示的企業費用全免。
  Free participation.
• 參加展示的企業領導將被特別邀請加入「香港代表團」，參加香港展區開幕典禮及代表團的各項宴請和企業拜訪等活動，須另行填寫及提交代表團報名表。
  The executives of admitted company will be invited to participate in the ‘Hong Kong Delegation’, please submit the application form of delegation afterwards.
• 有意參加的企業請於2019年9月11日或以前，填妥以下申請表格(附件一)並蓋上公司印章，將申請表格(附件一)的MS Word 及PDF檔案 及 公司商標 (JPG 及 AI 檔案)電郵至tsf@hksia.hk香港軟件行業協會秘書處收。
  Please send the completed application form in word and pdf format, the logo of company in Jpeg and ai format to HKSiA via email: tsf@hksia.hk on or before 11 September 2019.

特別備註 Remarks

• 參加展示的企業必須是香港本地註冊的公司
  The company participating in the exhibition must be registered in Hong Kong;;
• 參加展示之產品或服務是屬於參加企業所擁有
  The products or services that will be showcased are owned by your company;
• 參加展示之產品或服務的主要開發和科研部分(60%或以上)是來自香港的資源
  The main development and research (60% or more) of the products or services that will be showcased is in Hong Kong;
• 若參加企業安排了工作人員出席展示活動，期間之交通、住宿、展覽設備及工作人員保險等費用需要自行安排
  The transportation, accommodation, exhibition equipment and staff insurance expenses during the exhibition period should be arranged by the participating company;
• 由於大會保安理由，所有參加企業代表必須預先登記，本會將代爲所有參加企業代表安排參展證件
  Due to the security reasons, all representatives of participating companies must be pre-registered, and HKSiA will arrange exhibitor badges for all representatives;
• 未能入選是次展示的企業，仍可於本計劃之網站、微信公眾號及香港展區手冊刊登企業及其產品/服務的資料
  Companies that have not been selected for the exhibition can still publish the company/product information on the website of the project, the WeChat official account and the booklet of Hong Kong Pavilion.
